New version ready. Open once online after an update, then reload.
Save offline on your iPhone / iPad
Tap Share → Add to Home Screen. Drag Icon to iPad dock.
Open the Home Screen icon anytime — cleaner offline roster (year, vacations, calendar export). Print / PDF need network.
Tap a start day, then an end day. Start on a green day to remove a range.
ANCHOR A-cycle 1st work day — in SET first workday of any known 9-day A block (any year). One date drives the whole ABCD cycle.
Part-time — pick your pattern in SET, then set ANCHOR 1st day of your Part-time (first work day of the work period where PT starts). Matching work periods from then on show as light-green PT off.
80% “9 off 2nd month” is not listed — mark those days as vacation instead. Part-time: none clears the PT start date and drops it from the URL.
Print / PDF — Print a Landscape A4 of the current year for your fridgedoor. Needs a network connection (not available offline). On tablet or mobile save this PDF to Files or share directly to your installed PDF app.
Mark vacation days — open SET and use the vacation calendar: tap a start day, then an end day (all days in between are marked). To remove a stretch, start on an already green vacation day, then tap the end day. Saved days show green with VAC on the chart. Included in Print, PDF, and calendar export. Stored only in your browser.
Mark vacation days — tap Mark Vacation Days. Pending days are orange; saved days are green with VAC. Desktop: click to toggle (click orange again to undo). Tablet: tap or swipe across days.
Tap Mark Vacation Days again to apply pending marks. Vacation marks are included in Print and PDF. Stored only in your browser. Use edit mode again to unmark some days, or Clear ALL vacation data in SET.
Note: on phones, mark vacation in SET; on computers and tablets, use Mark Vacation Days in the Chart.
Exp year to cal — button above; one .ics with work, off, PT, and vacation as all-day events (cycle letter A–D on work; vacation labelled Vacation).
Exp vac to cal — button above; vacation only; use after you change vacation so you need not re-import the full roster.
Import tip: make a dedicated calendar (e.g. “KLM Cargo”), then import. Outlook: File → Open & Export → Import/Export (or import on Outlook.com / mobile). Events are all-day floating dates — if a day looks off by one, check all-day / region settings. Show or hide that calendar anytime.
SHARE URL — copies a link with your year, anchors, part-time settings, and vacation for this year and the next. Paste to share or bookmark. Nothing is sent to a server.
URL — year and anchors update in the address bar for bookmarking. Vacation is included only via SHARE URL. Nothing is sent to a server.
Landscape — slim top bar with year, SET, and HELP | ACT. Swipe left/right on the header (not the chart) to change year. Mark vacation in SET; print and calendar export are in HELP | ACT. iPhone Safari usually keeps its tab bar — Add to Home Screen for a cleaner view.
Landscape — on tablets, use SET, HELP | ACT, and Mark Vacation Days in the header. Swipe left/right on the header (not the chart) to change year.
Offline / Home Screen — open once online to cache. iPhone/iPad: tap Share → Add to Home Screen. Roster, settings, vacation, and calendar export work offline; Print / PDF need network. If an update banner appears, open online and tap Reload.
Clear data — in SET: Clear all data resets settings and vacation to factory defaults (A-anchor 1 Jul 2026, part-time none), clears this site’s offline cache / service worker, and reloads the latest version.
Clear ALL vacation data removes every vacation mark. To remove only some days, use the SET vacation calendar (start on a green day, then tap the end of the range).
Clear data — in SET: Clear all data resets settings and vacation to factory defaults (A-anchor 1 Jul 2026, part-time none), clears this site’s offline cache / service worker, and reloads the latest version. It does not change Safari’s global settings or other sites.
Clear ALL vacation data removes every vacation mark. Use vacation edit mode to remove partial vacation data.
Public holidays (NL) — a small H marks Dutch public holidays (fixed + Easter-linked; King’s Day moves to 26 Apr when the 27th is a Sunday).
